Congrats to Chhattisgarh Government for
completing 12 successive years under the able leadership of Dr. Raman Singh. In 12 years we saw many “Ups & Downs”, On
one hand state rides on the fast horse of Development but on the other hand
Naxalism has not been curbed yet. Chhattisgarh was a gift by Atal Ji to us so
that this land which has abundant of natural resources can progress on its own
strength.
The GDP of state rose from 4000 Crore to 70000 crore in these 15 years
and India’s 1st Greenfield Capital city ‘Naya Raipur’ put shines in
the dignity of State. Moreover Its the only state with zero Power-cut. Chhattisgarh stands for 18 % total cement, 30 % of Aluminum & 16 % of total Iron Production of the country.

Being in the Education sector we have all world class institutes viz. IIM,AIIMS,IIT,NIT,NLU,IIIT.State also got laudable words in the country for the implementation of first and best "Food Security Act" in the country which aims to benefit many needy and poor people of the stae to get grains at a very low cost of Rs.2/Kg.
But the recently Farmer-Sucide news coming from all parts
of state is alarming which should be addressed sensibly.
