Land Acquistion Bill- A Milestone towards "Make in India"

New Land Policy
It seems that opposition is unnecessarily creating the myth about Land Acquisition Bill as Anti-Farmer. I found that there is neither anything Anti-Farmer nor Pro-Corporate in the proposed bill..The Prime Minister has also assured that If there is anything against the farmer, we will do amendments in the bill.

Today the situation is seems to be very pathetic for Govt. to acquire any land with 70-80% clause and to return the land in 5 years if its not used. But fact os that Govt. cannot guarantee setting up of industry will finish in 5 years or more. Moreover in defence or nuclear Projects it will take time. Anna Hazare is also unnecessarily creating rumour that Govt. will not ask for farmers consent but the truth is that ‘There are only five categories where there will be mandatory land acquisition i.e. Defense, Road, Rail, Irrigation,PPP model & Industrial corridors. For all other land acquisition issues including Coal Blocks,PPP etc 70% consent clause still exist.

One other point should also be noted that Govt. will give 4 times compensation to the affected farmers,it means if farmers land's market price is 25 lakhs then he will suppose to get 1 Crore Rupees with which he can buy 4 times space at other place.
"Today If India wants to emerge as a Global Investors Capital, a developed, a growth & Employment oriented country this then we have to support this reform."I hope soon the positive results will come.Lets wait and watch.
