Brave Heart: Hanumanthappa

Salute‬ to brave heart Lance Naik Hanumanthappa who lost his life today. He is struck down the ice and struggling from six days at -45 to 55 degree temperature of Siachin Glacier with his 9 other brave colleagues who lost their lives their lives there and fortunately one Jawan Hanumnthappa found alive. I got through some TV shots that from Mandir to Masjids, Churchs to Gurudwaras everywhere prayers started for the recovery of the brave soldier who is struggling between the battle of life and death but regrettably 'Jakhm aisa mila ki na Davaye kaam aayi na Duaaein'.
Proud that India has such brave hearts.

FARMERS PLIGHT Vs. CROP INSURANCE SCHEME

FARMERS PLIGHT Vs. CROP INSURANCE SCHEME

Details of New Crop Insurance Scheme
On Sunday Prime Minister on his “Mann Ki Baat” series spoke about Govt’s newly launched ‘Crop Insurance’ scheme and hoping that 50 % farmers to join the scheme. The scheme is very crucial as the year 2015 was a drought-affected in almost many states of India. Due to drought the lives of our ‘अन्नदाता’ (farmers) has become miserable. There’s a huge burden of debts on their shoulder. When we read or hear the news of farmer-suicide it joggles us. Few days back when I visited my drought affected village I saw the pity condition of a farmers family that How crop loss and debt burden afflicts the life of farmers’ whole family.
Farmland
The issue should not be treated as just farmers’ cause because it relates with every one of us. State Govt. and Corporate should also open their hearts and try to heal the wounds of drought affected peasants as much as they can.  There’s no doubt on our Prime Minister’s intention because he also believes that ‘अन्नदाता’ (farmers) are the strength and backbone of India. Hope the new crop insurance scheme would help to alleviate the plight of farmers.
