No-Work-No-Pay

Debate in Parliament over
NO-WORK-NO-PAY
Let's talk about recent Parliament deadlocks. We know that recent parliament monsoon session was completely washed out as various important bills were stalled and also wastage of Rs.260 Crore of fellow taxpayers because opposition MP’s shown obstinacy of continuously disrupting both the houses of parliament & then some ruling Party MP’s are demanding that NO WORK NO PAY Formula should be applied on them.
Ok Forget that issue, Let us consider a factual situation “You work for a company and in consideration the company would give you salary but if you take leave or does not deliver as per the expectations then the company would either cut down your allowance or dismiss you and the NO WORK NO PAY formula would be applied there.
But unfortunately this formula does not apply on our elected Lawmakers.

Parliament Session Washed-Out

One more field where it is not strictly followed and that is also associated with Govt.

I am presenting to you my own experience -
Friends There’s a major difference between the atmosphere of govt. & private offices or govt. & private institutions which you might also have experienced,
In private institution if you go to the counter asking for form and before you say anything they would ask you very calmly “May I help you Sir?”
In the Same scenario in a govt. Office you go to the counter the person there pessimistically (a person who see wrong in everything) doing some paper work and you ask for a form, in the first time he would not hear you then again you say “Sir Form?” then again Sir Form?” Before You ask for the fourth time he would rudely reply MONDAY KO AANA, MONDAY KO!!
And I know He have the form because before me my friend has bought the form by giving 100 Rs. Extra as bribe.
You could get angry but you are helpless,
So the question is – “That Govt. Babu is also getting the same allowance or may be more than him as the private institution’s counter person then Why they are not delivering their services equally?
The Reason is “One has the fear of boss while the other does not have any fear, I think there should be proper regulation on the works of Govt. Employees and the formula of NO WORK NO PAY should be strictly applied on them  also.
